Compliance & trust

Compliance is not a feature. It is how we operate.

It is how The Vitality Bridge operates — at every stage, in every campaign, without exception.

01 — Our approach

Compliance is structural.

It is embedded in our technology, enforced by a dedicated team, and reflected in every campaign we produce.

We operate in regulated health and wellness markets. Our partners — telehealth providers, pharmaceutical brands, health-services companies — face real regulatory risk from the FTC, the FDA, and certification bodies like LegitScript. We understand that risk because we build our entire operation around managing it. This page describes how.

02 — Consent & data handling

Documented consent. Verifiable records.

Every audience member in our network entered through a documented consent process. We capture and record the circumstances of that consent — when it was given, where, and through what mechanism.

We maintain suppression lists and honor opt-out requests promptly. We comply with applicable federal and state privacy regulations, including CCPA and COPPA where applicable.

What this means for partners

When we deliver an audience to a partner campaign, that audience is consented. The consent is documented. The records exist. This is not a claim — it is a verifiable operational practice.

03 — FTC-aligned disclosures

Clear disclosures. Substantiated claims. No exceptions.

Every campaign produced by The Vitality Bridge runs with disclosures aligned to current FTC guidelines. We do not publish unsubstantiated health claims. We do not use deceptive framing, fabricated authority, implied endorsements, or urgency-driven language.

Our AI agent research layer cross-references current academic publications and regulatory guidance before any health-related messaging is approved. Claims that cannot be substantiated are not published — regardless of their potential performance impact.

What this means for partners

The messaging that reaches your audience has been researched, substantiated, and reviewed before delivery. Your brand is never attached to a claim we cannot defend.

04 — Compliance team

A dedicated team. Independent from commercial decisions.

Our compliance team reviews every campaign before it reaches a consumer. The review covers creative assets, health-related claims, disclosure language, audience targeting parameters, and delivery environments.

This team operates independently from our partnerships and commercial functions. Revenue considerations do not influence compliance decisions. A campaign that fails review does not ship — regardless of deadline or commercial pressure.

What this means for partners

Every campaign you receive has been independently reviewed for regulatory compliance. The compliance function is not advisory — it has authority to stop any campaign that does not meet our standards.

05 — Brand safety

Controlled environments. No opaque inventory.

Advertising delivered through The Vitality Bridge appears alongside vetted, editorial content in environments we own and control. We do not use opaque reseller inventory. We do not deliver into unsafe, unverified, or contextually inappropriate placements.

What this means for partners

Your brand appears where you expect it to appear — in safe, relevant, controlled environments. There are no surprises.

06 — Editorial & research integrity

AI-powered research. Human-reviewed output. Defensible information.

Our editorial and research process is built on a two-layer model.

Layer 1 — AI agent research

Our AI agents continuously scan current academic publications, regulatory updates, and clinical guidance across the verticals we serve. They identify the most current, defensible information available — and flag conflicts, outdated claims, and unsupported assertions.

Layer 2 — Human review

AI-generated research is reviewed by our compliance team and, where applicable, by subject-matter professionals before publication. We do not publish AI-generated content without human oversight.

Every piece of health-related content and campaign messaging is substantiated against current sources, reviewed by our compliance team, and published only when it meets our standards. This process is not optional. It is how we operate.

07 — Our standards

We publish this page because our partners deserve to know how we work — not just what we promise.
